What's new
Release notes for SafeSuite™ and SafeSuite Lite™.
SafeSuite 2.0.2
Released
- Fixed a sign-in issue where a verification code screen could submit the same code twice.
- Each administrator now has a default policies panel that applies account-level policies to new files.
SafeSuite 2.0.1
Released
- Resellers can sign in to the administrator app and manage the client companies they sell to: seats, active status, and client type.
- A client’s seats can’t be lowered below the number in use.
- Fixed misaligned column headers and a toggle that could change the wrong row in the administrator app.
SafeSuite Lite for Outlook 2.0.0
Released
- Protection is now on by default when you compose an email.
- Choose whether attachments are protected along with the message.
- A protected message body keeps its links, tables and formatting.
- You’re signed out automatically after a period of inactivity.
- If your version is retired, the add-in shows an Update button instead of an error.
- Classic Outlook: if a required Windows component (WebView2) is missing or out of date, the add-in tells you how to fix it.
- The add-in’s button in the compose window works in more Outlook versions, and the add-in loads faster.
SafeSuite 2.0.0
Released
- Multiple companies: choose your company at sign-in, switch companies without signing out, and accept company invitations in the app.
- Protected file viewer: open protected PDFs, Word (DOC and DOCX), Excel (XLS and XLSX) and RTF files inside SafeSuite without saving a decrypted copy.
- Groups: a redesigned Groups panel, plus Concierge groups that can include people outside your company by email.
- Sessions now renew quietly instead of signing you out.
- Also: safer user deletion (type the email to confirm), drag and drop for several files at once, and a prompt to update when your version is retired.
